Week 2: Skill Sharpening. We move into bag work with an emphasis on accuracy and speed, combined with intense padwork to boost your reflexes.
Week 3: Peak Conditioning. It's time to sweat! This week focuses on endurance with running, CrossFit, and general physical training to sculpt your body.
Week 4: Mastery & Sparring. Putting it all together. You'll enter sparring exercises to apply your skills in real-world scenarios.
